"It's gone downhill"

I am writing this in the hopes that the owners will see this and sort it out.

I used to be a very regular customer at this chippy, at least once a week because the chips were AMAZING. Unfortunately over the last few months the standards have declined sharply. At the moment the chips are either woefully undercooked or taste like they are reheated from earlier in the day. Also previously the portion sizes were generous, but now the prices have increased and the portion sizes shrunk by half.

Less than a month ago I purchased 2 'large' chips plus some other items and the chips were literally inedible to all the members of my family and the whole lot went straight in the bin. I haven't been there since.

I don't know why there has been such a drastic decrease in the quality of the food from this establishment, but I'm hoping they go back to their previous way of doing things..
