"Disappointing"

Today I fell and put my tooth right through my upper lip it was still swollen and sore and bleeding a little after two hours and I feared an infection in view of it being in my mouth. I wanted to discuss an antibiotic with the nurse before going to A and E but she would not talk to me as she wanted to go home after her patient. It did not need a visit to A and E just a chat surely she could have made the call..
